Derek is the only courier I allow to courier my bunnies and is the only courier I accept. He is really friendly and can tell the bunnies always come first. I would recommend to everybody and unlike most couriers he is actually DEFRA licensed. Fab prices - Fab service!!!

Brilliant service, professional, friendly, knowledgeable. I have used Derek many times both to courier my own animals to customers in this country plus collect from overseas for me. I wouldn't use anyone else and wouldn't allow another courier to collect my animals for anyone else.

I personally won’t use anyone else. Derek has been here a number of times collecting and delivering rabbits. He is a true gentleman. Very knowledgeable, kind, polite. His timekeeping is great, along with brilliant communication from first contact. If Derek can help he will. Plus he is Defra registered.
